A successful superintendent search depends on finding the right “fit” between the district and its next superintendent. This requires a clear understanding of the district’s needs and challenges, as well as a well-defined set of desired qualifications.
The Pennsylvania School Boards Association (PSBA) refers to these qualifications and characteristics as the Leadership Profile. This survey was designed to gather representative input from district stakeholders to help shape that profile.
The purpose of the survey is to collect confidential feedback from members of the school community. The summarized results will be shared with the school board and used to guide the selection of the district’s next superintendent.
