Greetings, 6th Grade Families:
Below you’ll find details for the 6th grade device distribution. Please read these directions thoroughly. This information is meant to keep the process moving as quickly as possible.
6th Grade Device distribution will be on the following days and times:
August 3rd: 4pm – 7pm
August 11th: 6:45am – 10am
August 12th: 6:45am – 10am
Devices will be distributed at the Quakertown Community School District Office, located at 100 Commerce Drive, Quakertown, PA 18951. We highly recommend that you enter the District Office parking lot via Milford Square Pike and not 663 / John Fries Highway.
Please do not block traffic at the light on 663; you must keep moving. Please enter the lot in the driveway furthest from 663. See our map below:

Please follow these instructions for a speedy and efficient pickup of your Chromebook:
Enrollment must be completed prior to students being issued a device.
In order to receive a new device, you must bring your old Chromebook and charger. Replacement fee for the charger is $20 for a Chromebook charger and can be made at the time of distribution. ADP does not cover lost chargers, so you will be charged this amount regardless of ADP status. If you have lost your device, please reach out to us prior to distribution.
Please remove all stickers and wipe the computers down.
Please write the student’s name and student # or Lunch # on a piece of paper to help expedite the distribution process.
Distribution will be a drive-up service. Please do not exit your vehicle. You will be directed where to go when you arrive. See the attached map for the distribution traffic pattern. The District Office remains open during distribution hours; please be aware of people entering and exiting the building and parking lot.
FAQs:
Q: Do I need to make an appointment or sign up for distribution?
A: No, just show up during the days/times listed above.
Q: I can’t make these days/times. Can I schedule another day or time to pick up?

A: No, devices can only be picked up by a family member or guardian.
Q: I don’t know my child’s student #, what should I do?
A: While it is helpful to have the student #, it is not necessary.
Q: Do I need to pay for device insurance each year?
A: Yes, additional information will be sent out. Please keep an eye out for the email.
