Greetings QCSD Families:

The first day of school is quickly approaching! With a new school year comes updated contact information—families move, phone numbers change, and new email addresses are created. To ensure we have the most current information to connect with our families, we ask parents and guardians to check their email for the Returning Student Registration letter for each student attending QCSD for the 2026–2027 school year and complete the online registration form. This process takes approximately 20 minutes per student. Please use this link to enter your student’s snapcode.

• Separate Emails & Snapcodes: You will receive a separate email and unique snapcode for each child. Because snapcodes are student-specific, if you have more than one student enrolled in the district, you must enter the unique snapcode for each child to begin their form.
  
  

• Incoming Kindergarten & New Students: If your child is an incoming Kindergarten student or new to QCSD, we understand you recently completed the New Student registration form. Please use this process to update any needed information prior to the beginning of school.
  
  

• School Nurse Medication Permissions: Parents are encouraged to visit the SNAP parent portal to grant permission for over-the-counter medications. This is a separate portal from PowerSchool and does not use a snapcode—please log in using your existing account details for that site. (Student Health Services)

Thank you for your assistance in ensuring we have up-to-date information for your family. Please complete your child's online Returning Student Registration as soon as possible so we can finalize class lists, building placements, and district transportation in a timely fashion.

• Missing Email or Snapcode? Please check your spam/junk email. If you do not see the email, contact your building secretary to verify that the primary email address on file is current.
  

• Recently Moved? Please contact your building secretary for next steps to update your child's home address and avoid delays in communication or transportation. For more information, visit the Change of Address Information page on the district website.
